Include your registered email address and user ID in the email so we can accurately identify your account.

2. Verification: Upon receiving your request, we will verify your identity and account ownership. This process is crucial to prevent unauthorized data deletion requests.

3. Processing Your Request: After verification, we will process your data deletion request within 30 days. We will remove all personal data associated with your account from our active databases. Some anonymized, non-personal data may remain in backups until they are cyclically deleted.

4. Confirmation: Once your data has been deleted, we will send you a confirmation email. Please note that after the deletion of your data, you will no longer be able to access any of the services or features that require an account.
